Conducting pilot work on well monitoring systems
March 3, 2019
The purpose of the work was to test the developed system and confirm the claimed characteristics of the device, operating conditions and reliability.
Autonomous well monitoring system ATL-1 is designed to record pressure and temperature during hydrodynamic and geophysical studies in drilling, production and injection wells.
The instrument measures pressure and temperature at given equal time intervals.
During the pilot work with the device (installation, lowering, research, lifting, dismantling, comparison), no equipment failures were recorded.
In the course of pilot work, together with a partner company, it was found that the ATL-1 well monitoring system, presented for conducting a technological operation to study the injectivity profile and compare measured values, corresponds to the declared metrological characteristics, operating conditions and reliability.
